No Salt Diet What Would The Effects Of A No Salt Diet For About A Week Be?

What would the effects of a no salt diet for about a week be? - no salt diet

In the 13 and I've learned that to go or no-salt diet to lose a few pounds. Exercise regularly and sometimes weightlifting. Am I too young to make this plan because of health risks? Or you can do. Do this for one week (unless someone tells me I need to lose weight and go 2) My father went to different fasting due to their religious beliefs and HES is so often away waist pants. Is it effective?

the absence of salt will give you a headache. You can reduce the salt, but not bad enough for you (it is a salt-water to be continued)

Rapid weight loss is never a good idea for an age of 13 years, especially in a low-salt diet.
Do you see the salt (sodium chloride) is one of the main electrolytes in the body. This fluid or surrounding cells, or contained in the cell walls. If your body does not have the level of electrolytes, the normal function of nerve and muscle cells can not occur.
It is important to obtain a suitable electrolyte in the body and excessive intake of sodium.

Number one on 13 ok, you do not need a diet the best way to stay healthy, I hope that is easy to eat when hungry, and you want to eat healthily, but it was your body 's move is no need for a salt-free diet salt
